Once the databases are restored, simply log in and continue working as you would normally.

As our virtual hosted desktop is running Windows 7 your staff won't notice any difference between using their standard desktop or laptop computer. This means there's no additional training required. It's not like moving your tax software from Iris Personal Tax Software to Digita Personal Tax software.

Before rolling out the virtual hosted desktop solution we offer a free of charge full communication systems review, this will pinpoint any areas with your existing hardware that could cause issues. This might be your router or switches. With our systems you can access the programs from any location that has an internet connection so you will always be able to access your accountancy software from outside the office. We would also recommend having a 3G dongle in your office so you can carry on working.

Our server farms are co-located in two secure data centres. These data centres mirror each other, so you have real time backup between both locations. We also take additional backups through the day and these backups are stored in a third location. You can also take backups of your accountancy software from our hosted servers and store these in any location you want.
