We realise that one of the major benefits of moving to the cloud is that you do not have to worry about any of that complicated server stuff anymore. However, you still have some local IT hardware and systems at your office or home. This may just be a printer and a router or it could be more complicated equipment like a Firewall or Switch. These items can cause problems. Which can be very time consuming and frustrating to solve. You may even pay to a Local IT support company to resolve these problems.
As a further development of our existing service we are happy to provide an extended support and proactive monitoring service. Where we will support all of your local equipment no matter where it is located. We will even manage your internet connection and telephony provider on your behalf as well!
24 x 7 one number to call
This means if you have any issue what so ever with any aspect of your technology you simply have one number to call 24 x 7. The service includes proactively monitoring of your systems, for Viruses, Intrusion protection, and where appropriate backup. Our management systems will allow us to take control of your systems and solve problem before they impact your business. In the event of hardware failure we will arrange for loan equipment to sent to ensure that you can continue to operate.

The sign up process is simple we will undertake a full audit of all of your equipment serial numbers, configuration, and warranty arrangements. We will speak to your other providers and ensure we have all of the information that we need. We will then turn on proactive monitoring on all of your equipment. We will then deal with any issues that arise as soon as possible.
