What is Microsoft Hosted Exchange?
Hosted Exchange allows you to access to all of your email, contacts and calendars from any Microsoft Outlook installation or browser, as well as on your iOS or Android mobile device.

Keep Up to date: Any changes made to your emails, contacts, calendar and files in any medium, such as Microsoft Outlook, browser access and mobile phone devices are kept up to date when accessed via any other medium.
Stay Connected: Carry your business contacts, calendar, notes, emails and task list on the road in your iPhone, Windows 7 Phone, Android device, iPad or other compatible device.
Work Offline: work on your email, change contacts, arrange meetings and modify files even when you’re not connected to the Internet. Outlook can keep an offline copy of everything; any changes made in offline mode are synchronised.
So what is different?
We configure and run each instance so you don’t have to invest in servers and licensing just to run your own Hosted Exchange. We support the users with mobile support, daily backups and assistance from our Taunton centre of Technology. This also frees up internal staff from having to deal with user questions and support.
What is included?
Fully functional Exchange with shared calendars, emails and up to 20GB storage per person. Generally each individual has a personal mailbox but these can also be configured for other functions. (e.g. sales@ info@ etc.)
How much does this cost?
Generally much lower than maintaining and administering your own Exchange server. Our standard plans start at £6 per user per month with a nominal initial set-up cost.
